Payment & Damages
• The balance payment must be made to the caretaker at the time of check-in.
• Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and will be required to pay for repairs/replacement prior to checkout.

Noise & Music
• Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low.
• No loud music is allowed after 9:30 PM.
• We do not provide a music system. Guests may bring portable speakers (at a moderate volume).

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. It is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Swimming Pool Rules
• Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Please dry off before entering indoor areas after swimming to avoid wet, slippery floors that could cause injury.

Cleanliness
• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay. This helps ensure a smooth and hassle-free checkout process.

Late Checkout
• A late checkout fee of ₹1,000 per hour will apply after the designated check-out time.

Outdoor Activities
• Outdoor games are permitted only in designated play areas.
• Playing on the landscaped lawn is not allowed to preserve the property.

• Day Stay: Check-in at 12:00 PM | Check-out at 10:00 AM
• Evening Stay: Check-in at 5:00 PM | Check-out at 4:00 PM
